Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, engage with clients, and understand their needs to provide personalized solutions

• Provide elevated levels of product and service information to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and components of arenaflex's offerings
• Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing sales
• Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized customer service environment
• Archive essential record data according to established procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate integrity and comply with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

* Customer service experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate an online environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
