Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Tracking and reporting customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems and software applications
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements:
