Responsibilities
As a 1099 contractor Work From Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This may include:
- Inbound Phone Calls: Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
- Chat and Email Support: Responding to customer messages, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
- Ticket Management: Managing customer tickets, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
- Outbound Phone Calls: Making proactive calls to customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
