We are hiring a Technical Solutions Architect (Ruby) to work with a global enterprise SaaS platform, designing scalable, API-driven integration solutions for large enterprise customers.##
- * Responsibilities:
- ** Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software solutions using Ruby
- Build middleware applications integrating Smartsheet APIs with third-party enterprise systems
- Lead technical discovery and design sessions with customers
- Define scalable, performance-driven solution architectures
- Validate solution designs against platform best practices
- Review and provide feedback on architectural designs from other team members
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Support pre-sales efforts including feasibility analysis and technical scoping
- Maintain high quality standards through documentation, testing, and peer reviews
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SaaS APIs and extensibility# ##
- * Qualifications:
- ** 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Ruby (Ruby on Rails preferred)
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
- Experience integrating SaaS applications in enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of systems architecture and scalable design principles
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading technical projects from concept through delivery
