We're a rapidly expanding telecom SaaS company seeking a Associate Product Manager to drive our cloud communication solutions. You'll own product roadmaps, coordinate releases, and lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering and marketing teams. This role demands strategic vision to translate customer feedback into revenue-generating features while optimizing product performance metrics. You'll collaborate across engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional features while refining product positioning and increasing user adoption. Your contributions to market strategy, pricing decisions, and competitive intelligence will be critical to achieving product success in the marketplace. The ideal candidate blends technical knowledge with business savvy to align product development with company growth objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Execution – Own and manage the product roadmap in partnership with leadership, including translating business needs into user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating sprint planning and release cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to align product initiatives with business goals and ensure successful delivery.
  • Customer & Market Insights – Gather feedback from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to identify product improvements and new opportunities.
  • Product Performance & Analytics – Track key SaaS metrics (adoption, usage, retention), analyze performance, and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Product Testing & Quality Assurance – Oversee testing of new features and releases to ensure a high-quality user experience and alignment with customer needs.
  • Product Support & Documentation – Help prioritize and resolve product-related issues and maintain clear documentation to support internal teams and users.
  • Go-To-Market & Positioning – Contribute to product positioning, messaging, pricing, and support go-to-market efforts in partnership with sales and marketing.
  • Competitive & Market Analysis – Research competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform product direction and differentiation.
  • Technical Collaboration – Work closely with engineering to support system enhancements, integrations, and evaluation of tools that improve product capabilities.
  • Delivery and Impact

Deliver product roadmap milestones on time

Improve feature adoption and user engagement

Contribute to successful product launches and GTM execution

Identify and implement improvements that impact retention or revenue

Establish clear product processes and cross-functional alignment

  • Additional Responsibilities – Support other products, initiatives, and strategic efforts as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with or exposure to UCaaS, VoIP, or cloud communications platforms preferred
  • 2 years of experience in product management, business data analysis, or a technical SaaS project role.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and version control (Git).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zoho One (Creator, CRM, Desk)
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise-scale systems.
