Job Outline:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing child assistance repayments in the SDU (Condition Dispensation Device) unit according to Standard procedure. Additionally, you will be tasked with other roles as delegated by management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing data entries with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining an overall understanding of policies and procedures
• Developing strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and management
• Gathering, researching, organizing, and analyzing information to support data entry tasks
• Working independently with limited instructions and meeting rigid timelines and schedules
• Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Degree or equivalent required

• Private workspace with room to set up tools and equipment
• High-speed internet connection
