Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce, managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. You'll collaborate with various support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives and drive growth. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in a data entry or operations management role

• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
