Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, live chat, and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
