What You'll Do

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues and answer questions related to our clients' products and services, while also providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offering additional products and services to clients
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • Technical support experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
