[Remote] Associate Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leap Tools is building advanced solutions for the interior décor industry, serving customers in over 80 countries including Fortune 500 companies. The Associate Product Manager will take ownership of product segments, collaborate with various teams to understand requirements, and ensure efficient product development while focusing on user experience.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of specific product segments and features, contributing to their growth and advancement
- Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to comprehend requirements and contribute to our product strategy
- Draft clear and concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development
- Be opinionated about the product and champion our customers and end-users to deliver the best possible user experience
- Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
- Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
- Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing

- Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience
