What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap across onboarding, AI enablement, and tools adoption
  • Translate enterprise priorities into clear program strategies, launches, and success measures
  • Establish a consistent operating rhythm for delivery across the portfolio
  • Build end-to-end learning journeys, frameworks, and pathways that scale across the organization
  • Develop repeatable enablement models that support ongoing tools and AI adoption
  • Modernize onboarding to be more consistent, accessible, and impactful
  • Enable skills-based mobility through structured learning pathways and frameworks
  • Deliver high-impact learning experiences for individual contributors, managers, and leaders
  • Collaborate with People & Culture partners, business leaders, and functional teams to align on priorities
  • Drive the effectiveness and experience of SiriusXM University and related platforms
  • Partner on platform configuration, workflows, and rollout strategies
  • Ensure learning experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned to employee needs
  • Define success metrics, adoption indicators, and reporting frameworks
  • Track program performance, engagement, and outcomes over time
  • Use insights and data to refine programs and inform future strategy
  • Provide visibility to leaders on program health and effectiveness

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields
  • Strong program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience designing scalable learning experiences, frameworks, or enablement programs
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and emerging AI tools
  • Strong facilitation skills across employee and manager audiences
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization
  • Instructional design experience grounded in adult learning principles
  • A measurement mindset, with experience defining success metrics and using data to improve outcomes
  • Experience leading onboarding or enterprise enablement programs, preferred
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies
  • Background in media, technology, or fast-paced consumer businesses, preferred
  • Experience building skills-based learning or mobility frameworks, preferred
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $87,600 - $116,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
