Job Summary: Costco is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Cashiers and Team Members to join our growing company. • Manage member transactions at the checkout counter efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Handle cash, credit, and different payment methods in accordance with the required cash-handling processes.
• Provide superb customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving inquiries effectively.
• Preserve a tidy and structured checkout area to facilitate a fluid workflow.
• Provide guidance to customers on product selection and offer recommendations as needed.
• Assist in store operations by collaborating with team members to cater to customer needs. Qualifications:
• Previous knowledge is unnecessary as training will be given while working.
• Proficiency in handling tasks efficiently within a team-focused retail atmosphere.
• Strong aptitude for clear and efficient communication, coupled with excellent customer service capabilities.
• Diligent in observing details and proficient in accurately processing transactions.
