Reporting to the Global Manager of Occupational Health & Wellness, you\\\'ll lead an energetic team dedicated to keeping our people safe, supported, and empowered to do their best every day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Excellence in Occupational Health & Safety: Lead innovative, cost-effective occupational health practices that reduce workers’ compensation costs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Lead Workers’ Compensation Strategy: Manage our U.S. workers’ compensation program in partnership with insurance carriers—ensuring timely reporting, effective treatment, and optimal outcomes for injured employees.

  • Support US and Canada Operations: Oversee occupational medicine vendor contractual relationships and case management to ensure consistent care and compliance across the region.

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the USCA region’s subject matter expert in occupational health, injury treatment, medical surveillance, and workers’ compensation - consulting with physicians and leadership to guide best practices.

  • Ensure Compliance & Sustainability: Maintain accurate electronic case records to support regulatory compliance and long-term program success.

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire and manage a geographically dispersed team of health professionals, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence across all PPG sites in the US & Canada (USCA) region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).

  • 10+ years of related experience in a business environment.

  • Microsoft Suite proficiency.

  • Strong communication, leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive, compassionate approach to employee care.

  • This is a remote position. Minimal travel may be involved to PPG locations as needed (Up to 10%).

The base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $112,000 USD + bonus plan.
