Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative - Turkish, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure they have the best possible listening experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English

  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a unique experience for each individual customer
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Preferred Qualifications
