Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring that our customers have an unparalleled experience with our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues with our products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies

Key Capabilities:

* Experience supporting customers using phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Certification in customer support, technical support, or a related field
• Experience working with diverse customer groups, including international customers
