Job Summary

As a Remote Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo services, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and our Remote office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to clients.
  • Process and manage cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
