The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound customer service for a leading company, consistently delivering a great customer experience

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance

Shift Options:

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences:

  • Full-Time Shift – Option #1: Thursday – Monday, 12:30 am – 9:00 am
  • Full-Time Shift – Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am – 9:00 am; Friday – Sunday, 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
  • Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Requirements:

* 1-2+ years of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Background check required

Required Equipment:

* A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)

  • Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an Ethernet cable
  • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
