Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience for customers
  • Working with a team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
  • A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A noise/distraction-free home office environment
