Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan

• Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments

• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN license

• CPR required (Castor is able to assist with internal certification if needed)

• Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach

• New graduates welcome - comprehensive training provided for trach, vents, G/J tubes, and more through internal skills lab.

• Weekly pay every Friday. Weekly pay every Friday. Competitive wages: $32/HR and above for LPNs and $38 and above for RNs. Hourly pay is negotiable based on license, experience, shift, and location.
