Job Title: Technical Implementation Engineer – India

Location: Remote, India

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Implementation Engineer to join our growing team in India.

In this role, you will function as a technical expert across the customer lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on post-sales implementation and integrations (80%), along with selective involvement in pre-sales activities (20%).

Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless deployment, integration with OEM security tools, and successful adoption of Simbian’s AI SOC platform across enterprise and MSSP environments. Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating how Simbian can significantly enhance their security posture, multiply analyst capacity, and achieve superior security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Post-Sales Implementation & Integrations

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Simbian’s platform for enterprise customers and MSSPs
  • Work closely with customer security teams to integrate Simbian with OEM tools (SIEM, XDR, EDR, IAM, Cloud, etc.)
  • Own technical onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes
  • Design and implement integrations via APIs, webhooks, and connectors across customer environments
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sales
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, deployments, and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure smooth implementations and issue resolution
  • Drive product adoption and value realization post deployment

Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Support Proof of Value (POV) engagements where required
  • Map customer security architecture with Simbian’s integration capabilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Relay customer feedback, integration challenges, and feature requests
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, OEM ecosystem, and product enhancements

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4–8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles within cybersecurity
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in implementations and integrations (not just demos/pre-sales)
  • Proven experience working with cybersecurity OEM products and ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of SOC workflows and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments
  • Ability to work with enterprise security teams and technical stakeholders
  • Global Commitment: This role will support customers primarily from Australia through to Europe.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from security analysts to C-level executives.
  • Location Specific: Based in India, with willingness to travel as needed within the region for customer engagements and events.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field is preferred.

This role is heavily focused on implementation and integration. Candidates with only pre-sales/demo experience and no hands-on deployment exposure will not be a fit.
