[Remote] Customer Support Agent

They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide responsive, high-quality support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely, helpful and professional way
  • Support customers with project, product and camera-related questions
  • Troubleshoot issues and help find practical solutions
  • Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations clearly
  • Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to share customer issues and feedback
  • Categorize tasks and queries accurately within our support systems
  • Maintain clear records and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Support with additional projects or tasks as needed in a growing business

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mindset and a calm, professional approach
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable supporting customers by phone, email and support platforms
  • Able to manage expectations and build positive customer relationships
  • Reliable, proactive and organized in the way you work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Able to adapt quickly and respond well to change
  • Previous experience in customer support, service or another customer-facing role
  • Experience using Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar systems
