MERGE is a marketing and technology agency focused on health and wellness. As an API Integration Associate, you will develop and maintain API-driven integration flows, automate processes, and ensure system reliability while collaborating with your team to achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain API-driven integration flows using Adobe Workfront Fusion, automating manual processes for enhanced efficiency
- Monitor API performance to troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability while creating comprehensive documentation for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with your team to influence technical decisions, and optimize project priorities to achieve strategic goals, making a significant impact in an innovative environment!
- Design, develop, and maintain API-led integration flows using the Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect disparate systems
- Leverage iPaaS capabilities to automate manual business processes and eliminate data silos within enterprise environments
- Monitor API performance, troubleshoot integration errors, and implement robust error-handling patterns to safeguard system uptime
- Create detailed technical documentation for integration patterns, ensuring solutions are repeatable and scalable for the fleet
- Developing solutions and troubleshooting issues within your area of expertise
- Influence technical decisions to foster a culture of technical excellence
- Optimize resource allocation by adjusting project priorities as needed to meet strategic goals
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent related work experience
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the Workfront Fusion
- Emphasis on technical understanding of RESTful API's, and handling JSON, XML data
- Broad understanding of iPaaS architecture and the ability to design reusable API components
- A resourceful and analytical approach to resolving complex data challenges and process bottlenecks
