[Remote] Social Media Manager at U Beauty

They are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead their digital presence and engage their community through compelling storytelling across social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Produce high-quality, on-brand assets (short-form video/Reels/TikToks, photography, and copy) that highlight our products, SIREN technology, and founder’s vision
- Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty and a 'customer-first' culture
- Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities to keep U Beauty at the forefront of the conversation
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to optimize future content and strategy
- Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to support product launches, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships
Skills
- 1–4 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, beauty, or wellness brand
- A sharp eye for aesthetic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Ability to translate technical clinical data into digestible, consumer-friendly content
