As a key member of our in-house Trading Desk team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social campaign strategies that drive traffic and revenue for our direct-to-consumer retail business.

About the Role & Team

Our team is responsible for managing paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple ad manager platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Sprinklr. As a Full Stack Social Media Manager II - Customer Engagement Strategy & Activation, you will be responsible for leading our paid social campaign management activities, including campaign strategy, media budget management, campaign implementation, QA, ongoing optimization, creating slides for client decks, and performance insights reporting.

What You Will Do

As a Full Stack Social Media Manager II - Customer Engagement Strategy & Activation, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing paid social campaign strategies that drive traffic and revenue for our direct-to-consumer retail business
• Providing strategic input and guidance to best achieve client goals
• Implementing, managing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns that achieve the business's traffic and revenue goals
• Ensuring proper campaign setup to track properly in Adobe SiteCatalyst and paid social buying platforms - YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, X, and Pinterest
• Creating strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partners
• Working with our teams to identify and design (or use 3rd party) tools to improve efficiency
• Partnering across teams, organizations, and companies (media partners and agency) to improve overall technical setup and inter-departmental workflow
• Presenting campaign performance and insights to key team members, using your expertise to provide actionable findings and recommendations for future campaigns
• Identifying and implementing new testing opportunities to evolve BAU campaigns, or first-to-market alpha/beta tests that promote innovation

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5 to 7+ years of digital marketing experience with ecommerce experience, and extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and related tools
• Understanding of online/offline data including its use in the digital and social space
• Strong grasp on analytics, measurement, and proper test structures to help coach team on their advanced analysis and testing
• Familiarity and ability to enhance team's use of work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.
• Comfort with a high level of autonomy
• Ability to distill very technical details into understandable simple terms that motivate action through aligned values and goals

Education

A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required. Any Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics degree/background is a plus.
