Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis (30%):
Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
Data Visualization (20%):
Utilize data visualization tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Quality Assurance (20%):
Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Skill Development (20%):
Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the analytics team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Storytelling (10%):
Present findings in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, highlighting the business implications of data-driven insights.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Director of Analytics.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel under 10% of the time may be required for meetings, training, or other business-related activities.
Work Environment:
This role is based in a comfortable indoor setting, with minimal exposure to unpleasant conditions.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Teradata, or equivalent data management systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, or related field.
- Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with home improvement retail industry trends and challenges.
