What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Full Stack Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing incoming orders and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilizing SAP and other customer support tools to ensure inquiries are addressed efficiently
- Maintaining high service standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Suggesting alternatives for out-of-stock items and keeping customers informed about available deals
Key Skills and Competencies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use diplomacy and discretion
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- Ability to work in a dynamic, remote environment with minimal supervision
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs

Preferred Qualifications
