Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Assistant Clerk Representative – Work From Home Remote Part-time / Full-time, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and market research assignments. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose from a variety of online and in-person opportunities. This is a great way to earn additional income while sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients.
Responsibilities
* Participate in nationwide and local paid focus groups and market research assignments
- Provide written and oral feedback on new products and services
- Complete written surveys and participate in online discussions
- Use products and services provided by our clients and share your honest feedback
- Show up at least 15 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions as scheduled
- Complete any additional tasks or surveys as requested by our clients
Requirements
* Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service experience is not necessary but is highly desirable
