The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to create spaces that reflect their unique style, needs, and values. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing personalized support and solutions to customers through inbound phone calls, chats, and emails. With a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving, you'll help customers navigate a wide range of post-order issues, from delivery questions to returns and replacements.

Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate reliability and dedication to being present and on time for your entire shift every day

  • Handle a high volume of contacts, including 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and structured environment
  • Meet our high performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, exceling in customer support performance metrics, and completing assigned tasks
  • Professionally engage customers, building relationships and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Listen actively and show empathy to understand customer concerns and leverage internal resources to find the best solution
  • De-escalate customer concerns, using battle control abilities to balance customer needs with business options while maintaining a professional composure
  • Problem-solve, using analytical thinking to resolve customer issues in a first-touch decision-making process
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and displays to quickly and accurately resolve questions
  • Escalate systemic issues, identifying areas for improvement and sharing insights with leadership to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

* Be 18 years of age or older

  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Have experience working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
