We're seeking a Client Experience Expert to spearhead the launch of all client experience aspects and work in our first-ever actual retail location. As a Client Experience Partner at arenaflex, you'll deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, helping them navigate our website, place orders, and understand product details.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
  • Help customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve request-related issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's extensive product catalog and effectively communicate product information to customers
  • Partner responsibilities include handling order processing, exchanges, returns, maintaining store appearance, and recovering shopping baskets
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management to drive continuous growth

Essential Capabilities

* Client Care: + Deliver exceptional customer care through various channels + Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally + Help customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries

  • Item Information:

+ Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product catalog to help customers make informed decisions + Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and specifications

  • Issue Resolution:

+ Resolve customer objections and issues by collaborating with internal teams + Work with operations or product groups to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions

  • Request Management:

+ Help customers with order processing, exchanges, returns, and satisfaction cycles + Collaborate with the coordinated operations team to track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries

  • Communication:

+ Discuss clearly and concisely with customers, keeping them informed about order status and any expected delays + Provide timely updates on customer requests and concerns

  • Client Feedback:

+ Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management + Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous growth and improvement

Experience Capabilities

* 1 year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail

  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers, resolving issues while ensuring a positive experience
  • 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • 1 year of experience successfully managing time, handling multiple customer requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses
  • 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
