Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant on our Microsoft Customer Support team, you'll be the front line of our customer service operations, helping users navigate through their technical issues, providing product guidance, and delivering exceptional support. Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous customer support or virtual assistant experience is a plus.
  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
  • Availability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including Azure and Office 365.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
