We’re hiring a hands-on AV/VC Operations Lead to keep collaboration spaces across the US & LATAM running seamlessly. You’ll lead a small team, stay close to the tech, and act as the trusted point of contact for operations, performance, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small, distributed team (US & LATAM)
- Stay hands-on with installs, configs, and troubleshooting
- Own day-to-day AV/VC operations and service delivery
- Manage incidents, vendors, and escalations
- Run customer “state of environment” calls & reports
- Drive uptime, performance, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 5+ years AV/VC experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms (Windows + Android)
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Confident troubleshooting across AV, control systems & networks
- AVIXA certification (CTS, CTS-I or equivalent)
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow or similar
- Experience in AV Operations Lead or AV/VC Operations Manager roles
- Spanish/Portuguese Communications skills are a bonus!
