Position Overview

As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat and telephone interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and telephone in a timely and accurate manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions to maintain accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and telephone in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions to maintain accurate records

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency with live chat and telephone support tools, including CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
