Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our voice and chat operations team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to our clients via voice calls and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve technical issues, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, utilizing arenaflex's customer support software (e.g., Gorgias)
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, driving a culture of innovation and customer-centricity

Requirements

* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely resolutions
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias), with a willingness to learn and adapt to arenaflex's technology stack
