Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Happiness Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live-chat interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Regularly translating our product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools provided to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Overseeing and moderating translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluency in both Slovakian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving their problems.
  • Familiarity with translation tools is advantageous, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

While prior experience in a customer support role is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service. You will need to possess:

  • Strong language proficiency in Slovakian and English.
