The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative (Chat) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and phone interactions. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
• Responding to incoming emails from customers
• Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
• Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase
• Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience
• Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
• Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep customers and the company satisfied

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Great typing and computer skills (at least 35 words per minute)
• A hustle and tireless work ethic
• Self-starter mentality, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• A fun and hardworking attitude

Compensation and Schedule

We offer a competitive salary for this role, plus comprehensive benefits. The starting base pay is $15.00 per hour, and you'll be required to work between 11AM – 11PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week.
