About the Role:

As a Customer Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, receptionist, data entry, marketing, human resources, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
