Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, including:

  • Handling routine and non-routine data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and sorting mail
  • Assisting with special projects and events, such as conferences and meetings
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a data entry or customer service capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual devices
