Job Overview

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll engage in both voice and non-voice tasks, facilitating effective communication and information verification on behalf of our healthcare client. Key Responsibilities

* Participate in voice and non-voice processes as required, ensuring seamless communication and information verification.

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Verify information from third-party entities using online resources, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Complete Enrichment Tasks according to client training protocols, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, and follow up on board certifications, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
• Remain open to additional duties as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
