Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Automotive Dealer Support at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and through other communication channels
- Researching and resolving customer requests related to profile assistance, vehicle shipments, and warranties
- Tracking and resolving critical orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or automotive industry setting
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be a resident of Michigan
- Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment
- Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time hours
