Job Description

As an Online Chat Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement and sales growth through strategic online chat marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative chat marketing programs that meet our customers' evolving needs. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers, enhance their experiences, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat marketing initiatives

  • Build upon our chat roadmap and socialize a 12-18 month strategy to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations that align with our business objectives
  • Manage the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to inform future marketing strategies
  • Define and build an online chat service program that meets our customers' needs and expectations
  • Manage chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Socialize chat program insights and results to drive business decisions and optimize marketing strategies

Your Compensation Package:

* A competitive base salary of $85,000 - $120,000

  • A bonus of $5,000 - $10,000
  • Relocation assistance to support your transition to our vibrant remote office

Essential Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
  • Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA being an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer engagement and sales growth

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with chat marketing platforms and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, including chat marketing, customer engagement, and online customer service

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with chat marketing platforms and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
