This position will be responsible for completing commercial valuations on all major property types. SitusAMC's appraisers get the opportunity to work on institutional properties located all across the U.S. In addition, this position would also include assisting with our national clients, which include some of the largest and most prominent financial institutions, pension funds and insurance companies in the U.S., and involves portfolio work. Essential Job Functions:

• The role for this professional will be involved with performing valuations
• Efficiently perform valuations with a future career path to lead a team of valuation professionals by providing guidance and quality control
• Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries
• Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
• Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Research property and market information
• Inspect properties
• Analyze subject and comparable data
• Develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables
• Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate 'face to face' as a team player
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above - Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience or applicable experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
