[Remote] Temporary Project Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. As a Temporary Data Analyst, you’ll support a time-bound internal data standardization effort by applying established rules and procedures to business records, improving consistency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across Dudek systems.
Responsibilities
- Apply standardized updates to business records following documented instructions
- Review records for completeness and formatting consistency
- Prepare records for internal quality review
- Track completed work and escalate exceptions as instructed
- Document actions taken in accordance with project guidelines
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet project timelines
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, data support, or operations roles
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or professional services systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions, filtering, data entry)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience supporting data standardization or administrative projects
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
