Analyst, Strategic Insights & Tools
The Coca-Cola Company is a leading beverage company, and they are seeking an Analyst for their Strategic Insights & Tools team. This role involves developing and automating analytics and reporting solutions for the Advanced Hydration division, partnering with various departments to deliver actionable insights and support ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the development of a best-in-class business analytics platform by optimizing end-to-end workflows and automating reporting through technologies such as Visual Studio and Python
- Develop & Manage Sales/Shopper Data Reporting, combining several different data sources to create One Source of Truth throughout the Advanced Hydration Categories we play in (Sports Drinks, Flavored Water, Premium Water & Hydration Enhancers)
- Create Excel Based tools that align with company objectives (ex: Innovation Tracking, Competitive Analysis, Brand Deep-Dives)
- Manage Nielsen & Circana Database Hierarchies to ensure accuracy & alignment with the Companies Category Definitions
- Provide Training on Sales & Shopper based tools/reports and being an analytics resource across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and deliver clear, engaging presentations
- Strong understanding of Sales, Shopper Panel & Consumer Insights data and how to leverage insights
- Support Marketing, Finance & Sales Organization on Ad-Hoc Data Requests
- Develop Quality Assurance Measures to ensure Accuracy in Reporting
- Share pertinent & thorough updates supporting new technology, reporting capabilities, system developments, and enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science degree is a plus)
- 0-2 years relevant analytical experience required
- Hybrid model at Atlanta office required (3 days in-office)
- Advanced Excel (with experience presenting data models required) and PowerPoint
- Team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated business acumen, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities
- Experience with one or more of the following: Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Experience building reports using POS and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)
- Experience leveraging insights tools and platforms (e.g., Kantar, Mintel, PlacerAI, Euromonitor)
