  • Develop and maintain release schedules, roadmaps, and deployment timelines
  • Facilitate release planning sessions, including sprint alignment and cross-team dependency tracking
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure release readiness
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact release scope, timeline, or quality
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and change management processes
  • Coordinate code merges, builds, and deployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production)
  • Oversee release documentation, including release notes, runbooks, and rollback procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement of release processes, tools, and automation
  • Monitor post-release performance and lead retrospectives to improve future releases

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in release management, program management, or delivery management
  • Hands-on experience in hybrid Agile environments (Agile + Waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC methodologies
  • Experience with release orchestration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team releases with competing priorities
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise data warehouse or large-scale enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
