We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Hospital in the Home Service, Maddington on a Permanent 9 days per fortnight basis or Full Time if you prefer, Monday – Sunday 7.00am – 9.00pm, Weekend shifts will attract penalty rates. This role offers the chance to provide meaningful one-on-one care while out and about in the community.

Use your extensive experience in Acute Care, assessments, maintenance of care plans, managing emergencies and identification of and delivery of appropriate intervention for complex client problems. What we’re looking for

You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

  • Advanced Clinical assessment skills in the areas of assessment, problem solving, client and family education.
  • You must have 2+ years of Post Grad nursing experience.
  • Acute Care experience would be most desirable.
  • ED and Community nursing is advantageous.
  • Current Registration with AHPRA with zero notations.
  • Current Working with childrens Check.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
  • Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written.
  • A current Full Australian driver’s licence.
