Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing our key accounts and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, working closely with various business departments to maintain and develop our relationships with key accounts. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and execute strategy for weekly and monthly marketing and sales plans

• Work on a preferred customer list and deal with new promotions and sales of products and services
• Propose realistic marketing and communications strategies, objectives, and targets
• Implement marketing and communication campaigns based on strategy
• Attend conferences and help with promotional products
• Represent arenaflex in corporate events, industry meets, and marketing conferences
• Collaborate with various business departments to maintain and develop relationships with key accounts
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high-quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience or demonstrated equivalent training
• Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Positive approach to no task being too big or small
• Confident and mature attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Experience in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Familiarity with CRM software and other marketing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
