The Role
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers via web-based chat. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance. You'll be interacting with customers who are ready to make purchases, guiding them through the buying process, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
