Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Full Stack Chat Moderator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and phone support. You'll work closely with our development team to ensure that our web and cloud applications are user-friendly, efficient, and meet the evolving needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone support, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating them to higher-level support teams as needed
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, improving the overall user experience of our web and cloud applications
  • Provide product information and training to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services and features
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Document interactions and issues in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution
  • Follow up on open issues, ensuring that customers receive the help they need without needing to follow up themselves
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or development environment

  • Strong technical background, with experience in web and cloud application development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, such as Selenium or Cypress
  • Certification in a technical field, such as CompTIA or AWS
