Role Overview

As an Apple Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building brand loyalty, and creating owners of Apple products and services. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify ownership opportunities, and present products and services that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on Apple's products, services, and purchase options, and for sharing your knowledge with your peers.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that meet their needs

• Understand and stay up-to-date on Apple's products, services, and purchase options
• Support your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about Apple's products, services, and purchase options
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance
• Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn
• Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple customers at the same time
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate shared responsibility and accountability with other team members

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Apple products and services

• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and effectively communicate them
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
