Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Amazon Customer Support Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to Amazon customers, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to Amazon customers, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with our process improvement specialists to develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and support process improvement projects at the organization level, with a focus on driving global impact
  • Mentor and train team members on process improvement techniques and philosophies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for automation and work with partners to develop a automation pipeline
  • Review and analyze project results to ensure supported impact and collaborate with Financial Regulator to approve influence
  • Communicate project and program progress across all levels of the organization
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to drive development and organization-wide equality
  • Oversee and develop team members, including setting objectives and tasks in ambiguous circumstances
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior leadership

Essential Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • 2+ years of experience in group management, including leading and supporting teams
  • 2+ years of experience in cross-functional project delivery, including working with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management, including defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive enhancements
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience with continuous improvement tools and processes, or demonstrated capability as a skilled-level continuous improvement specialist
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including using data to drive business decisions

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience leading and driving global or cross-territorial initiatives

  • Experience making, analyzing, and conveying results to senior leadership
  • Experience with automation and process improvement tools and technologies
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with project management tools, including Asana or Jira
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or HubSpot
